Derek came out to look at our house, took a few pictures for verification, and liked what he saw. He was quick and did not waste time. When leaving, he said an independent agent would be coming by a few days later. That agent showed up as promised and confirmed Derek’s observations. A few days later, we had our homeowner’s policy in hand. Premium payment was paid over the phone and the amount was less than originally quoted! Smooth transaction. Very satisfied. When its time to renew, I think I will bundle my auto coverage to save even more money.
